Our NEW Ginger Super-Strength Flavor is an affordable alternative to our pure, natural Ginger essential oil. Our new ginger will impart a mildly spicy, lightly sweet, lemony aroma and flavor to hard candy, gummies, and more. Ginger’s honeyed-spice with a peppery bite makes it exceptional in both sweet and savory recipes. 

Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening. Add liquefied coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound).
