Return & Refund Policy

At Iron & Ember, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your order, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To begin a return, please contact us at ironandemberwest@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or an error occurred with your order.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of certain products, food items, seasonings, coffee, jerky, and other consumable products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
